Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provider tariff analysis
• Rate comparison (existing vs proposed tariff), revision impact calculations.
• Billing review and analysis for Negotiations
• Proposals of package rates/NBHI tariff to Providers.
• QC and system update of the activity done.
• To work closely with AM/ZH follow ups & closer of activities.
• Pre/Post revision analysis
• MIS maintenance, claims data analysis for financial leakage and cost control.

Experience & Skills: 

• Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation
• Minimum 2-5 Years’ healthcare (Hospitals/Insurance/Related one) experience on the same profile.
• Well versed in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Understanding about medical/Surgical procedures performing commonly in hospitals
• Proficient in MS office (Advanced Excel) & SQL Database tools.
• Good communication (English & Hindi), Interpersonal, Problem solving skills
• Dynamic & presentable, Proactive & dedicated to work
• Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality.
• Strong analytical skillswith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
