Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provider tariff analysis
- Rate comparison (existing vs proposed tariff), revision impact calculations.
- Billing review and analysis for Negotiations
- Proposals of package rates/NBHI tariff to Providers.
- QC and system update of the activity done.
- To work closely with AM/ZH follow ups & closer of activities.
- Pre/Post revision analysis
- MIS maintenance, claims data analysis for financial leakage and cost control.
Experience & Skills:
- Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation
- Minimum 2-5 Years’ healthcare (Hospitals/Insurance/Related one) experience on the same profile.
- Well versed in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Understanding about medical/Surgical procedures performing commonly in hospitals
- Proficient in MS office (Advanced Excel) & SQL Database tools.
- Good communication (English & Hindi), Interpersonal, Problem solving skills
- Dynamic & presentable, Proactive & dedicated to work
- Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality.
- Strong analytical skillswith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
