Job Description:

 Position:          Store Manager

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      12 - 15 Years

Industries:       Automobile

Responsibilities:        

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of automobile spare parts and accessories
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and other inventory control practices
• Liaise with suppliers for procurement of genuine parts
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with approved vendors
• Supervise, train, and monitor store staff performance
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and documentation requirements
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with workshop, service, and sales teams for part availability
• Handle escalated issues regarding shortages, returns, or replacements
• Prepare and analyze inventory and stock movement reports
• Suggest process improvements for efficient store operations
• Proficient in ERP/store management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of automobile spare parts and accessories
