Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Programmer Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical proficiency, functional understanding of warehouse operations, and strong interpersonal skills. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our Blue Yonder WMS environment.

Technical Skills Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MOCA architecture and Triggers

• Ability to design and build Reports and Labels

• Hands-on experience with:

  • SQL

  • Jasper Reports

  • NiceLabel

  • Page Builders

Functional Skills

• General understanding of warehouse operations and logistics

• Ability to execute and validate test cases within Blue Yonder WMS

• Familiarity with key warehouse processes:

  • Receiving

  • Shipping

  • Cycle Counting

  • Inventory Control

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

• Comfortable expressing ideas and updates clearly on camera (virtual meetings)

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
