Position:          Process Engineer

Location:         Vapi

Experience:      6 - 8 Years

Industries:       Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Process Datasheet for Equipment & Instrument (PDS).
• Block Flow Diagram (BFD).
• Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
• Basic Engineering Packages (BEP).
• Capital & Operating Expenditure (Capex & Opex).
• Heat, Mass & Energy Balance.
• Utility Calculations.
• Hazard & Operability Study (HAZOP).
• Batch Size, Time Cycle and Hydraulic Calculations.
• Equipment Mapping and Line Sizing.
• Debottlenecking.
• Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
• Knowledge of working with DCS, PLC & SCADA.
• Erection & Commissioning Activities.
• To be follow cGMP relative works.
• Perform all Green-field project activities.
• Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of all the equipment and record it.
• Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and check test calibration certificate.
• To Prepare documents for Equipment’s Qualification.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication. 

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
