Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Pharma Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote products.

• Organize and participate in medical camps, seminars, and promotional events.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Distribute marketing materials and samples to potential customers.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Track competitor activities and market trends.

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve territory targets.

• Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities.

• Ensure compliance with pharma marketing regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or related field.

• Prior experience in pharma sales or marketing preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
