Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and KPIs

  • Identify growth opportunities through market trends and customer behaviour

  • Oversee the functionality and design of the company’s e-commerce platforms

  • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date

  • Test and apply platform updates to improve user experience

  • Manage promotional offers and ensure they’re effectively displayed

  • Use SEO and digital marketing tools to drive traffic and conversion

  • Analyze user behaviour and website performance using tools like Google Analytics

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness

  • Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and customer service

  • Manage product listings and inventory across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)

  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels for online platforms

  • Track website performance including user behaviour and site speed
