Qualification:

B.Sc. / B.Com / CIPET / Any relevant Diploma course
Experience:
-
Around 3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise and monitor day-to-day quality control activities on the shop floor
-
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods as per standards
-
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies
-
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet customer requirements
-
Identify defects, deviations, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions
-
Ensure adherence to ISO / industry standards and maintain audit-ready records
-
Train and guide operators/workers on quality practices and safety measures
Skills Required:
-
Knowledge of QC tools, testing methods, and inspection procedures
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
-
Good communication & leadership skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Salary Range:
₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA (Negotiable as per candidate’s suitability and capability)
