Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support & assist Operation Manager.
- Coordination with site team and taking daily updates and recording the same.
- Preparing DSR, WSR & MSR and submission to operation manager.
- Track daily progress and share updates through regular reports.
- Raise concern for any delay or improper working at site.
- Handle all service-related documents and help with billing.
- Preparing maintenance schedule & checklist.
- Manage service contracts and make sure maintenance is going on as per schedule.
- Coordination with other departments to complete the task on time.
- Keep track of spare parts and tools, consumables needed for service work on daily basis.
- Keep track of equipment availability, system availability, upgradation of equipment.
- Keeping records for due overhauling & all breakdown repairs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience: 2–3 years in Service sector
- Knowledge of Electromechanical equipment ( HVAC, STP, WTP, Lift, Boiler, pumps, AHU and other rotatory equipment).
