Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a background in the automobile/car industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, promote services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.

  • Explain car care services/products.

  • Generate leads & schedule appointments.

  • Maintain customer records & follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years telecalling/customer support experience.

  • Good communication & convincing skills.

  • Knowledge of automobile industry preferred.
