Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive for our real estate office. The role involves managing reception activities, assisting clients and visitors, handling calls, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the front desk.

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

• Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for managers.

• Provide property-related information to walk-in clients and direct them to the right department.

• Manage visitor logs, maintain records, and ensure office security protocols.

• Support the sales/marketing team with client coordination and follow-ups.

• Handle courier, correspondence, and basic administrative duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.

• Assist in organizing property visits, events, and client meetings.

• Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.

• Prior experience as Front Office Executive/Receptionist (real estate preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Presentable, professional, and customer service focused.
