A Garment QA Manager in the textile industry ensures that clothing products meet quality standards throughout the production process. They oversee
quality control, identify and resolve issues, and work with different teams to maintain high-quality garments
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:Implementing and overseeing quality control procedures at various stages of garment production, from fabric to finished product.

Issue Resolution:Identifying and addressing any quality problems that arise during production, working with teams to find solutions.

Collaboration:Working closely with designers, production staff, and other teams to ensure quality standards are understood and followed according to Superworks.

Team Leadership:Providing guidance and training to quality control inspectors and fostering a culture of quality awareness within the team.

Process Improvement:Continuously evaluating and improving quality control processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Auditing and Compliance:Conducting quality audits, ensuring products meet customer requirements and relevant standards.

Reporting:Maintaining records of quality checks and performance, generating reports for management.
