 We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Manager / Asst. Manager (Finance and

Accounts) to manage and oversee the financial matters of the company. The ideal candidate

will be a commerce graduate, Company Secretary, or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with

relevant experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities

 

1. Accounting entry in Tally / other accounting software on daily basis. Perform day-to-day

accounting tasks including data entry, and ledger maintenance.

2. Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.

3. Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in

financial records.

4. Investigate discrepancies between bank statements and company records, ensuring

prompt resolution.

5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss

statements, and cash flow statements.

6. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance-related queries.

8. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory

requirements.

9. Monthly BRS Making.

10. Provide Assistance in Monthly MIS reporting.

11. Indirect tax- Monthly and Annual GST Return Filling.

12. TDS payment and Return filling.

13. Coordinate and provide required documents to the auditors.

14. Other works as per the instructions of the CFO.

15. Manage day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting,

investments, and compliance matters.

16. Oversee financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation.

17. Handle tax-related matters in coordination with auditors and tax consultants.

18. Liaise with legal, banking, and investment partners on behalf of the company directors.

19. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all transactions comply with statutory and

regulatory requirements.

advantage.
