Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll & compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & induction

Payroll inputs & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, POSH, etc.)

Performance management & appraisal cycle execution

Employee engagement, grievance handling & HR policy implementation

Training & development coordination

HR dashboards, analytics & vendor management

Ensure compliance requirements are met

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Requirements

5–8 years of HR Generalist experience

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & HR operations

Proficiency in HRIS/ATS & MS Excel/Google Sheets

Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management
