Experience: 5+ years in SaaS & Software sales, with a proven track record in ERP and CRM solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in SaaS services and software sales, specifically in ERP and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho One, Zoho Begin, Zoho SalesIQ, etc.) and a strong network among midmarket and enterprise clients across North, Central, and East India.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and closing new business, creating and managing a healthy sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and shortening sales cycles. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation:** Identify and pursue new midmarket and enterprise clients across North, Central, and East India.
- Pipeline Management:** Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure steady progression of deals.
- Solution Selling:** Demonstrate deep understanding of Zoho Suite products and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Pricing & Proposal Creation:** Develop compelling pricing offers and proposals aligned with client requirements and market conditions.
- Negotiation & Closing:** Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently to shorten sales cycles.
- Target Achievement:** Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management:** Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Sales Reporting:** Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in SaaS sales, particularly in ERP and CRM solutions.
- Deep expertise in Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho One, Zoho Begin, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing deals with midmarket and enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create customized pricing offers and negotiate terms effectively.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on shortening sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Knowledge of the Indian B2B market, especially in North, Central, and East India.
Compensation & Incentives:
Fixed Pay + Performance Based Incentives + Bonus on Target Achievement as per Quarter
