Job Title: Sr. Software Testing Engineer
Location: Aurangabad
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Salary Range: ₹1.80 – ₹3.60 LPA
Job Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Software Testing Engineer to join our team. The role involves ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective testing practices, defect management, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates with SaaS product testing experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing using the latest testing tools.

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.

Test SaaS-based applications and ensure product quality.

Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolutions.

Analyze test results, track testing metrics, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Prepare, document, and present detailed test reports.

Train, guide, and mentor junior software engineers in testing practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in software testing.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience in SaaS product testing (preferred).

Good understanding of functional and regression testing.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to mentor and supervise junior engineers.
