Job Description:

Position:           Quality Manager

Location:          Silvassa

Experience:      3 - 4 Years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:        

• Ensure all documentations are accurate and complies as per QMS requirement.
• Ensure products comply with customer specification and regulatory requirements with supporting documents.
• Verify that products adhere to customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Involve in daily inspection activities from incoming, in-process and finished products.
• Review record inspection results and maintain detailed logs of quality issues.
• Implement quality assurance processes to prevent defects and improve product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality.
• Training to be provided to all stake holders on inspection techniques and quality standards to meet QMS requirements.
• Ensure that all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Interface with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions on specifications.
• Address customer complaints and preparation of CAPA by involving CFT.
• Conduct internal audits, supplier audits as per schedule.
• Responsible for all process and product validation activities.

• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards

 Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

 Salary: - Upto 6.50 LPA
