- Production Management: Supervising and managing daily operations in knitting and weaving sections.
- Target Achievement: Ensuring production targets and timelines are met.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring products meet specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Implementing and monitoring safety protocols and practices within the department.
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading knitting and weaving teams, providing training and development as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure equipment is functioning properly and minimizing downtime.
- Coordination: Collaborating with other departments (e.g., planning, quality control, maintenance) to optimize production flow.
