Senior QA Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of CRM processes, QA methodologies, test automation, and integration testing. He/She will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) applications and related systems.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for CRM customizations and configurations.

• Test Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems such as ERP, SharePoint,Power BI, or third-party APIs.

• Create and maintain test data and test environments for effective testing.
• Document and track defects, and assist developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices, company standards, and security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience.
• Good experience in testing Dynamics CRM customizations including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, forms etc.

• Good kno wledge of CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Experience with test management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, TestRail, Rally or similar.

• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Postman for integration testing.

• Good to have experience with any test automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot etc).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications (Good to have) : Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, ISTQB
