In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the utmost in customer satisfaction.
The Quality Manager will also be responsible for ensuring continual quality improvement within the facility.

Position: Quality Manager
Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE / B Tech
Experience : 10 to 15 Years.
Should have experience in Quality .
Should have experience in Computer.

Setting standardsCreate and establish quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the company.

Ensuring complianceMake sure that the company's products and processes meet national, international, and safety standards.

Monitoring qualityInspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.

Improving qualityIdentify areas of weakness, investigate quality issues, and propose solutions.

Managing quality controlTrain and manage quality control technicians, and provide training and tools to others.

ReportingCollect data and generate reports on quality, including performance reports for stakeholders.

CollaboratingWork with purchasing staff and external suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

PlanningCreate production plans for new products, and schedule project plans with the project team.

EducatingContinue education on new quality control techniques.
