Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor/supplier account reconciliations.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost control measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Hands-on experience in SAP, Tally ERP, and Advanced Excel.

• Proficiency in managing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance preferred).

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
