Job Description:

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic *Business Development Manager* to drive growth in the machine manufacturing industry. Or Capital Goods (Food processing machinery preferable) The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial machinery, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

 *Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for machine manufacturing.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, and end-users.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company offerings.
* Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
* Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
* Monitor industry regulations, standards, and innovations to stay ahead of market trends.


 *Required Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
* 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the machine manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.
* Strong technical understanding of machinery and industrial equipment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and trade events.
