Job Description:

Relationship Manager – Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell life/general/health insurance products to individual or corporate clients
• Identify potential customers through various sources (cold calling, referrals, field visits, etc.)
• Understand client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Educate customers on policy details, benefits, and procedures
• Assist clients in completing proposal forms and documentation
• Provide post-sales support and policy servicing
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers for renewals and upselling
• Attend product training, team meetings, and sales reviews regularly

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Insurance Sales or BFSI sector
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
