Job Description:
A Sales Manager leads and motivates a sales team to achieve revenue goals by developing sales strategies, setting targets, analyzing market trends, and providing training and coaching. Key responsibilities include hiring and onboarding staff, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, monitoring team performance, and nurturing client relationships to ensure consistent growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
