Job Title: SAP BPA Consultant 
Experience Required: 7+ Years 
Location: Remote 

Role Overview 
We are looking for an experienced SAP BPA (Business Process Automation) Consultant with a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP BPA solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of SAP BPA and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, along with experience in driving process automation initiatives in large-scale environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead design, development, and deployment of SAP BPA solutions across business processes. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automated workflows. 

• Configure SAP BPA workflows for approvals, escalations, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications. 

• Optimize existing business processes by identifying automation opportunities. 

• Ensure BPA solutions align with compliance, governance, and audit requirements. 

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for BPA processes. 

• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs. 

• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams (SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Workflow, CPI, etc.) for end-to-end solution delivery. 

• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices for process automation. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 7 years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP BPA / SAP Workflow / SAP BTP Workflow Management. 

• Strong hands-on experience in BPA design, configuration, and development. 

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and their automation potential. 

• Experience with SAP BTP Workflow, Business Rules, and Process Visibility is a plus. 

• Proficiency in integration technologies such as SAP CPI, APIs, and event-based triggers. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Nice to Have 

• Exposure to RPA tools (SAP IRPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.). 

• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. 

• SAP Certification in BPA or related modules.
