Responsibilities:     

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Lead sales teams and manage key customer accounts to ensure strong, profitable relationships.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and tender processes to ensure commercial viability.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of packaging solutions.
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting.
• Drive margin improvement initiatives through value-based selling and cost optimization.
• Manage product portfolio strategy in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
• Support the development of new products and services in response to customer and market needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Skills:

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong financial literacy (e.g., understanding P&L, pricing models, margins).
• Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and develop commercial talent.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools.
