Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and trackers.

Follow up with customers for payments, pending orders, and feedback.

Support the sales team with reports, sales presentations, and data analysis.

Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly/quarterly sales reports.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and pricing structures.

Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and field sales team.
