Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role also involves strong coordination with plant/operations teams and effective use of MS Excel for reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using MS Excel
• Generate MIS reports, sales tracking, and data analysis in Excel
• Coordinate closely with plant/production teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
• Monitor order status and follow up with plant teams for production and delivery timelines
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and preparing reports
• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and filing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
• Proficient in MS Excel (data handling, reporting, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Strong experience in plant coordination and cross-functional communication
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities attention to detail and problem-solving skills
