Project Manager (Odoo ERP)

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Odoo ERP to
oversee the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of Odoo-based projects. The
ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Odoo
modules, and proven experience in leading teams and managing client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within
scope and budget.
● Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into functional/technical
specifications, and align with business goals.
● Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth
execution.
● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
● Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
● Ensure quality assurance, UAT, and successful deployment of solutions.
● Provide post-implementation support and training as required.
● Prepare project documentation, reports, and maintain project trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related
field.
● 5+ years of experience managing Odoo ERP projects (implementation & support).
● Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR,
Manufacturing, etc.).
● Proven track record of delivering ERP projects successfully.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification (preferred).
