Job Description:

1. Supervise Site Execution – Oversee all on-site civil, electrical, plumbing, and related works to ensure smooth and timely execution as per drawings and project plan.

2. Labour Management – Plan, allocate, and monitor daily labour activities; maintain attendance records and ensure productivity of workforce.

3. Contractor Coordination – Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, monitor their work progress, and resolve site-level issues.

4. Material Management – Monitor availability of construction materials; handle loading/unloading, proper storage, and minimize wastage.

5. Quality Assurance – Inspect work quality regularly, ensure compliance with standards and specifications, and raise corrective measures where required.

6. Safety Compliance – Enforce safety practices at site, provide guidance to labour, and ensure adherence to company’s safety policies.

6. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain daily progress reports, labour deployment sheets, material usage logs, and support in contractor billing documentation.

7. Planning & Scheduling – Assist Site In-Charge in planning daily/weekly work schedules to achieve project milestones within deadlines.

8. Client & Consultant Liaison – Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors (TPI/PMC) during site inspections and resolve queries.

9. Site Administration – Ensure discipline, proper housekeeping, wage distribution support, and smooth day-to-day management of site operations.
