Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and preparing Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders on time.
- Ensure all purchase orders are accurately generated and issued to concerned person in department.
- Accurately enter invoice data into SAP , attach documents, and park the entry.
- Assist in month end and year end closing activities.
- Reconciling vendor ledger on monthly basis.
