Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Assist with the new hire onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. .

Employee Relations and Support:

Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Administrative and General Support:

Manage HR files and databases, both physical and digital.
-
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
-
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
