- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and growth.
- identify potential clients within pharmaceutical and medical sectors
- demonstrate product knowledge, especially with silicone Gaskets, Tubing and Hoses.
- Build and maintain Long term relationship with client and stakeholders
- prepare and present sales proposal and product demonstration.
- Conduct Market research to understand current trends and customer needs
- Manage and execute marketing campaign.
- prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
