Job Description:
Position: Factory Commercial Head
Location: Daman
Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Factory Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to factory operations (e.g., Factories Act, Pollution Control Board, Fire & Safety, ESI, PF, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for audits, inspections, and renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date licenses, permits, and documentation as per local/state laws.
- Commercial Operations
- Manage commercial activities related to procurement, vendor management, and contract administration at the factory level.
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and ensure profitability by optimizing resources and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for inward/outward material, billing, and invoicing.
- Logistics & Dispatch
- Oversee outbound logistics, transport coordination, and final product dispatch.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and inter-unit transfers.
- Manage 3PL partners and logistics vendors, ensuring performance and cost-efficiency.
- Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, production, and sales teams for material planning and availability.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and FG inventory.
- Implement systems to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce lead time.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Supervise warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and space utilization.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation, cycle counts, and physical stock audits.
- Minimize inventory holding costs while ensuring uninterrupted production support.
- Team Management & Coordination
- Lead and develop commercial, logistics, and store teams at the factory.
- Act as a key link between factory and HO for all commercial and operational matters.
- Implement SOPs, MIS reporting, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of factory compliance and commercial functions.
- Excellent understanding of logistics, dispatch planning, and supply chain operations.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
