Job Description:

We are reaching out regarding an opening for the Receptionist position, which will be on Talisman’s payroll under a third-party arrangement.

  • Payroll & Compliance: All documentation and salary processing will be managed by Talisman.

  • Benefits: PF, ESIC, and Annual Leave entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.

  • Maintain member records, visitor logs, and front desk reports.

  • Coordinate bookings for club facilities, events, and meeting rooms.

  • Manage couriers, correspondence, and overall front-office communication.

  • Ensure the reception area is always presentable and welcoming.

  • Support administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed.

 

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working | 1 weekly off between Monday to Thursday.

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    (Candidates must be flexible to work in either shift.)
