Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments.

  • Maintain member records, visitor logs, and front desk reports.

  • Coordinate bookings for club facilities, events, and meeting rooms.

  • Manage couriers, correspondence, and front-office communication.

  • Ensure reception area is presentable and welcoming at all times.

  • Support administrative tasks and liaise with other departments when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / HSC with prior experience as receptionist or front desk executive (hospitality/club/fitness industry preferred).

  • Pleasant personality, polite and well-presented.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

  • Ability to multitask and handle member queries efficiently.

Work Timings:

  • Two Shifts Available: ANY 1 YOU CAN WORK  | 6 days working | one week off between Mon to Thursday 

    • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
