Job Description:

 Position:           Store Executive

Location:           Vadodara

Experience:       1 - 2 Years

Industries:        Engineering

Responsibilities:   

• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation using ERP or manual systems.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish as needed.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Material Handling
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation (GRN, invoices, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Issue materials to production based on requisitions and maintain records.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), issue slips, return notes, etc.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports for inventory and stock consumption.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.
• Follow FIFO / LIFO methods as applicable.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with purchase, quality, production, and logistics departments.
• Assist in vendor follow-ups for material returns or replacements.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/SAP/Tally).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with safety and ISO standards (if applicable).

Required Qualification: -  Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
