Job Description:

The Centre Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the company Common Utility Centre (CUC) in Bhiwadi with a dual focus on center administration and business growth. The role will involve ensuring efficient maintenance of the center, coordinating training programs, managing vendors, handling reporting requirements, and generating training & industry leads to enhance the visibility, utilization, and sustainability of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Generate leads for training programs and corporate partnerships in the ESDM sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard industry partners for training, internships, and placements.
  • Explore opportunities for collaborations with academia, industry associations, and government bodies.
  • Promote the CUC’s offerings through outreach activities, workshops, and events.
  1. Training & Program Coordination
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs aligned with ESDM industry requirements.
  • Engage with trainers, faculty, and experts for quality training delivery.
  • Monitor student enrollment, participation, and training outcomes.
  • Identify emerging training areas and develop proposals to introduce new courses.
  1. Centre Maintenance & Operations
  • Oversee the upkeep and smooth functioning of the CUC infrastructure, labs, training facilities, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and statutory compliance standards.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of technical resources.
  1. Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate MIS on center operations, training programs, industry engagement, and business development activities.
  • Prepare and share regular reports with company management and stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with company, NSDC, and government guidelines for audit and monitoring.
  1. Vendor & Resource Management
  • Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, OEMs, and service providers.
  • Ensure timely availability of tools, consumables, and resources required for training and operations.
  • Track vendor performance and adherence to SLAs.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Graduate/postgraduate in engineering (electronics/electrical/mechanical/IT) or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Business Development/Operations (preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical education, training center management, or business development.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, corporate engagement, and training coordination is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to ESDM, skill development, or manufacturing sectors will be an advantage.
  • A person based in the nearby premises of Bhiwadi would be preferred.
