Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at
NeoNiche. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle,
driving performance management processes, and supporting business leaders in achieving
organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted HR partner for business teams and leadership.
• Manage the complete employee life cycle including onboarding, engagement, and
exit formalities.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and
annual reviews.
• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees.
• Support managers in building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies
with business objectives.
• Partner with employees to address workplace concerns, ensure employee satisfaction,
and promote a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
• Collaborate with management on employee engagement initiatives and talent
retention strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP or in core HR functions.
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle management, performance
management, and PIP handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with employees and leadership.
