Job Description:

Position:          Officer/Sr. Officer - Dispatch

Location:         Daman

Experience:     3 - 5 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Planning & Execution: 
• Plan and execute dispatches of finished goods (domestic/international) as per schedule.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, and warehouse teams to ensure readiness of materials for dispatch.
• Create and process outbound delivery orders in SAP (MM/SD Module).
• Arrange logistics based on the delivery schedule and transportation requirements.
• SAP System Handling:
• Create and manage delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and other dispatch-related documents in SAP.
• Maintain accurate stock entries, batch traceability, and movement types in SAP.
• Update and monitor delivery status, stock availability, and GR/IR reports in SAP.
• Generate dispatch-related MIS reports from SAP and Excel.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure all dispatch documents (invoice, COA, BRC, waybills, e-way bills, etc.) are prepared and verified.
• Ensure dispatch activities comply with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory norms.
• Coordinate with QA for product release and documentation prior to dispatch.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with transporters, CFA agents, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Communicate with the sales team and customers on dispatch status and delivery timelines.
• Handle customer queries related to dispatch, documentation, and delivery issues.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels of finished goods and packaging materials.
• Reconcile dispatch stock against physical stock regularly.
• Support in stock audits and cycle counts as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and pharma logistics
• Proficient in SAP transactions related to dispatch and inventory
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines like GDP, GMP, and documentation control.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
