Position:         Sr. Executive - PPC

Location:        Daman

Experience:    4 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Log orders received to factory in prescribed excel format. (Eventually it will be done through ERP.)
• Prepare monthly production / invoicing plan & plot it in a weekly plan based on priorities/delivery requirements, material availability.
• Release weekly production schedule in such way that various shops (machine shop/fabrication shop/painting & assembly shop, etc) are on one page to ensure smooth material flow on the shop floor for minimum WIP inventory at any given time.
• Coordinating communication between the production shops to track production activities to complement the weekly delivery targets.
• Review plan Vs Actual production on weekly basis to keep track of delivery commitments & analyse the shortfalls for preventive measures.
• Highlight in advance if the production is lagging behind the schedule for corrective action to meet target deliveries.
• Coordinate with purchase & stores to ensure timely material receipts & outside processing of the material to meet production schedule.
• Inform HO team for material readiness well in advance & coordinate with them for getting timely dispatch clearances.
• Update project status with delivery commitments based on production schedule & actual status on weekly basis on a common sharing platform & also through formal mail in case of delays if any to respective people at HO.
• Review rolling plan for three months & coordinate for long delivery items well in advance.
• Review stocks in WIP in coordination with accounts department & update production manager to initiate corrective action.x` 

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft projects.
• Able to work with ERP system.
• Strong in communication & feedback.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/MBA - Operation

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
