Job Description:

Position:         CNC Programmer

Location:        Kalol - Gandhinagar

Experience:     2 - 5 Years

Industries:      Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Setting up CNC machines, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring proper machine parameters.
• Performing quality checks on parts produced by the CNC machine to ensure they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Identifying and resolving issues with CNC programs or machine operations.
• Working with engineers, operators, and other team members to optimize production processes and address challenges.
• Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines and potentially training new operators or programmers.
• Choosing the right cutting tools and materials for specific jobs.
• Keeping up to date with the latest CNC programming technologies and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical blueprints.
• Expertise in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and understanding of machine controls.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyse data, and optimize processes.
• High degree of accuracy and precision in programming and machine setup.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of mathematics and mechanics for accurate calculations and machine operation.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
