Department: Procurement / Billing / Engineering
Reports to: Project Manager / Head of Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes including material requisitions, vendor selection, and negotiations.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Handle billing activities by preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, and verifying invoices.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement and billing documentation.

• Coordinate with the project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

• Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and reconciliation of quantities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

• Support audit requirements and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Provide regular progress and billing reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement and billing in construction/infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
