Job Description:

 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leave, performance, etc.).

  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Support training and development initiatives for skill enhancement.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate appraisal processes.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Collaborate with management for workforce planning and HR strategies.
