Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:-

Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital paid advertising and diversifying the channel mix using paid, native & social channels.

The person needs to focus on campaign-specific results and drives the marketing department’s performance for SBU maintaining the planned COA delivering certain capabilities for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities :- 

  • Maintain delivery of business through paid channels while maintaining COA & scaling business

Key Stakeholders:- 

Internal :- SBU, Marketing & Communications team

External :- Industry associations, Agencies, Partners, etc. 

Qualification/ Experience:-

  • MBA - Marketing, Bachelor degree
  • 2-5 Years of Experience
  • Budget : Should have handled 2–5 Cr Monthly

Key Competencies and Skills Required:-

  • Platform Management - Google Adwords, FaceBook, other paid channels, COA management, CDP/CEP (Webengage, Lemnisk, Moengage etc) integration & execution, new partnerships, agency management, project management, reporting
