Job Title: Back Office Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational processes. The role involves handling data management, documentation, coordination with various departments, and ensuring smooth back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records, databases, and documents accurately.
Perform data entry, processing, and verification tasks.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, HR, operations, etc.) for smooth workflow.
Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
Support the front-office team with necessary documentation and back-end support.
Monitor office supplies and support in procurement activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Graduation
0–3 years of experience in back-office executive (freshers can apply).
