Job Description:

Qualification- Bachelors degree/ diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Apparel Technology

OR Any degree related to Fashion

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development

  • Create original clothing designs aligned with brand identity.

  • Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, colour palettes, and fabric selections.

  • Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings.

• Production & Coordination

  • Work with sampling teams to develop prototypes.

  • Ensure timely execution of designs from concept to final production.

  • Collaborate with vendors, fabric suppliers, and craftsmen.

• Trend Research & Analysis

  • Study market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.

  • Incorporate traditional and modern fashion influences into innovative designs.

• Quality & Presentation

  • Maintain high quality standards in garments and embellishments.

  • Prepare presentations for management and clients.

  • Conduct fitting sessions and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design from a recognized institute.

• 2-4 years of experience as a fashion designer (freshers with exceptional creativity may also apply).

• Strong skills in sketching, pattern making, draping, and garment construction.

• Proficiency in fashion design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).

• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, embroidery, and textile techniques.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.

• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
