• 10+ years of experience leading professional software development & support teams in ERP environments

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and expertise in managing ERP development, customization, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, implementation, and integration with business processes.

• Manage ERP development, support, and customization teams to ensure optimal system performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to align ERP with organizational needs.

• Ensure ERP system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements.

• Develop and enforce ERP policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Coordinate training for end-users and provide ongoing support.

• Evaluate and implement new ERP technologies, modules, and upgrades.

• Prepare periodic reports for management on ERP performance, improvements, and cost optimization.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or similar).

• Proven expertise in ERP implementation, customization, and integration.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
