Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo)

CTC;- 15LPA to 20LPA
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Experience:

• 10–15 years of proven procurement experience within the construction industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects

• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors

• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards

• Collaborate with project teams to forecast material requirements

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in construction procurement

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, and contract management

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
