Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Attraction:Sourcing candidates from online platforms, job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and through other recruitment initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.

Screening & Assessment:Reviewing resumes, screening applicants through calls and interviews, and facilitating assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.

Hiring & Onboarding:Guiding candidates through the hiring process, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires.

Employer Branding:Promoting the company's brand through recruitment activities to attract top talent.
