Domestic Service Engineer for a leading RO , Water purifier manufacturing Company.-Ahmedabad

Job Description:

 Have to repair and service plants on time
• Plan service work in advance
• Prepare daily report of work they have done
• Install and configures plants
• Identifies, analyze and repairs product failures
• Install new components or parts
• Generate AMC for non active and active customers


Experience : 0 - 2 Year

Job Responsibility : 

• Solve complain within 24 hours
• Able to manage to have less repeat complains
• Manage Complain TAT
• Should collect payment of service, complain and AMC on time
• Make Customer aware about ORG Customer App and Barcode System
• Daily work target should be completed

Pay Scale : On the basis of CTC + incentive

• Ability to work Productively with minimum supervision
• Understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs
• Diagnosing Skills i.e Ability to understand route of problem
• Ability to work quickly with less time
• Ability to understand required equipment needed for particular complain and plant
