About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Data & Insights Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MS Excel, AI tools, and data analysis techniques, with the ability to collaborate across departments, prepare reports, and build meaningful dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and validate data from different departments.

• Prepare Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for management.

• Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline reporting processes.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely data flow.

• Present insights and summaries to management for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards).

• Working knowledge of AI tools for data management & reporting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Good communication & coordination skills for cross-department interaction.

• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

• A proactive and smart personality with quick learning ability.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Science, or Management preferred).

• Additional certifications in Excel / Data Analytics / AI tools will be an added advantage.
